气体超声流量测量中的补偿算法及实现

摘要 多声道超声流量计相比单声道超声流量计有更好的流场适应性、更高的测量精度和更优的测量可靠性。单声道气体超声流量计出现故障时,流量计不能正常工作,计量功能失效;而多声道超声流量计有冗余性,当其中1个声道失效时仍能保持较高的计量精度,为维修人员争取一定的抢修时间。目前国内很多流量计产品在某些声道损坏的情况下并不能保证计量准确性。该文针对出现故障声道设计了1种基于正常声道数据和各声道独立校表的补偿算法,保证多声道气体超声流量计出现1路故障声道时仍能准确计量。对比测试了不同型号4声道气体超声流量计无故障声道、出现1路故障声道时带补偿算法和不带补偿算法时的示值误差和重复性,以验证补偿算法的有效性。该研究对于设计多声道气体超声流量计的工程人员有一定的指导意义。 Compared with mono channel ultrasonic flowmeter,multi-channel ultrasonic flowmeter has better flow field adaptability,higher measurement accuracy and better measurement reliability.When the mono gas ultrasonic flowmeter fails,the flowmeter cannot work normally and the metering function fails.The multi-channel ultrasonic flowmeter has redundancy,when one of the channels fails,it can still maintain a high measurement accuracy,and strive for a certain rush repair time for maintenance personnel.At present,many domestic flowmeter products cannot guarantee the measurement accuracy when some sound channels are damaged.In this paper,a compensation algorithm based on normal channel data and independent calibration of each channel is designed to ensure that the multi-channel gas ultrasonic flowmeter can still measure accurately when there is one faulty channel.In order to verify the effectiveness of the compensation algorithm,the error and repeatability of different models of 4-channel gas ultrasonic flowmeters with no fault channel,with and without compensation algorithm are compared and tested.The research has a certain guiding significance for the engineers who design multi-channel gas ultrasonic flowmeter.
