摘要
对临床采集的疑似鹅细小病毒病的鹅病料进行鹅胚分离培养、PCR鉴定和序列分析。结果在鹅胚尿囊液中扩增出640 bp的鹅细小病毒基因片段,测序结果分析显示,分离的毒株确定为鹅细小病毒。根据检测结果对该鹅场制定综合防治措施,控制了疫情的蔓延。
Goose embryos were isolated,cultured,PCR identified,and sequence analyzed from clinically collected samples suspected of goose parvovirus disease.As a result,a 640 bp gene fragment of goose parvovirus was amplified in the allantoic fluid of goose embryos,sequencing analysis showed that the isolated strain was confirmed to be goose parvovirus.Based on the test results,comprehensive prevention and control measures were formulated for the goose farm to control the spread of the epidemic.
