摘要
本文以某加固显示终端的屏幕组件为研究对象,利用有限元结构仿真,研究压接条件下,屏压条放置位置对屏幕受力的影响。分析结果表明,在相同的压力条件下,屏压条施力位置的不同,显示模组受力及变形情况不同,通过仿真分析可以了解显示模组全局的应力分布,为后续结构方案的优化提供参考。
In this paper,a screen component of a reinforced display terminal is taken as the research object,and the influence of the position of the screen clamp on the screen force is studied by finite element simulation.The analysis result show that under the same pressure conditions,the stress and deformation of the display module are different depending on the applying position of the screen pressure strip.The simulation analysis can understand the global stress distribution of the display module,and provide reference for the optimization of the subsequent structure scheme.
