摘要
某门座起重机臂架变截面位置,在翼缘板与腹板出现三维裂纹案例,裂纹相交于翼缘板与腹板连接焊缝处,影响设备的安全使用。根据现场勘查结果,结合理论计算、相关检测数据及使用情况,分析裂纹产生原因,制定修复方案,阻止裂纹扩散并恢复设备安全使用。
A transverse crack occurred simultaneously at the flange plate and web plate at the variable cross-section position of the boom of a certain gantry crane,and the crack intersected at the connection weld between the flange plate and the web plate,affecting the safe use of the equipment.Based on the on-site investigation results,combined with theoretical calculations,relevant testing data,and usage,analyze the causes of cracks,develop repair plans,prevent crack propagation,and restore the safe use of the equipment.
