摘要
质量与可靠性管理对航空发动机燃油调节器的研制和制造过程尤为重要。本文对航空发动机燃油调节器全寿命周期的各阶段所适用的质量与可靠性管理方法展开应用研究。在策划准备阶段、生产制造期间的过程控制阶段、信息反馈阶段以及故障处理与解决阶段,分别通过运用管理工具,从不同方面开展质量与可靠性管理。通过对实践中取得的应用效果进行分析与评价,研究如何运用适当的管理方法实现并提高产品质量水平。
Quality and reliability management is particularly important for the development and manufacture of aero-engine fuel regulators.In this paper,the quality and reliability management methods applied in each phase of the life cycle of aero-engine fuel regulators are studied.In the planning stage,the process control stage,the information feedback stage and the fault handling and solving stage,the quality and reliability management are carried out by using the management tools.Through the analysis and evaluation of the application effect obtained in practice,this paper studies how to use the appropriate management method to realize and improve the product quality level.
