摘要
新能源汽车驱动电机内部环境复杂恶劣,车用电机温度传感器的可靠应用成为影响电机及车辆安全行驶的重要薄弱环节之一。针对车用温度传感器的设计、安装与可靠测量问题,本文从车用电机内部环境与温度监测技术要求分析入手,研究比较了不同类型温度传感器的精度、可靠性等性能特点,提出了车用电机NTC的技术要求;研究设计了耐腐蚀,抗挤压与引线拉力的高可靠性NTC温度传感器结构及安装方法;研究搭建了车用电机NTC温度测量电路,解析计算了电网络与热保护参数;在新能源汽车驱动电机上实际装配本文设计的NTC及保护电路,并进行电机温升实验,验证了本文提出的新能源汽车电机用NTC温度传感器及温度测量电路的适用性与准确性。
The internal environment of the drive motor for new energy vehicles is complex and harsh,and the reliable application of temperature sensors for vehicle motors has become one of the important weak links affecting the safe operation of the motor and vehicle.Starting from the analysis of the internal environment and temperature monitoring technology requirements of vehicle motors,this article focuses on the design,installation,and reliable measurement of temperature sensors for vehicles.The accuracy,reliability,and other performance characteristics of different types of temperature sensors are studied and compared,and the technical indicators of NTC for vehicle motors are proposed;Researched and designed a highly reliable NTC temperature sensor structure and installation method that is resistant to corrosion,compression,and lead tension;A temperature measurement circuit for automotive motor NTC was studied and constructed,and the electrical network and thermal protection parameters were analyzed and calculated;The NTC and protection circuit designed in this article were actually assembled on the drive motor of new energy vehicles,and motor temperature rise experiments were conducted to verify the applicability and accuracy of the NTC temperature sensor and temperature measurement circuit proposed in this article for new energy vehicle motors.
