摘要
某配气台设备在使用过程中,06Cr19Ni10材质压力表接头发生了开裂引起气体泄漏。采取了宏观观察、能谱分析以及微观组织分析等检测方法。最后,分析得出压力表接头在氯离子环境下应力腐蚀作用的脆性开裂。为了保证设备的可靠运行,提出了相应的预防措施。
During the use of a certain gas distribution cabinet equipment,the pressure gauge joint with 06Cr19Ni10 material cracked and caused gas leakage.The methods of macroscopic observation,energy spectrum analysis and microstructure analysis were adopted.Finally,the brittle cracking of the pressure gauge joint under stress corrosion in chloride ion environment was analyzed.In order to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment,the corresponding preventive measures were put forward.
