镁合金生物可降解的研究进展

摘要 作为一种具有重大潜力的生物可降解材料,植入人体的镁合金可以通过溶解、吸收、代谢过程而逐渐消失,避免了因二次手术带来的不利影响。通过合金化处理、热处理和表面改性手段详细阐述了解决腐蚀性问题的相关方法,与被广泛关注的生物相容性问题相互联系。在前人研究的基础上进一步扩展分析,结合目前研究中存在的问题,对未来的研究给予了一定的方向指引。 As a biodegradable material with great potential,magnesium alloy implanted into human body can gradually disappear through dissolution,absorption and metabolism,avoiding the adverse effects caused by secondary surgery.In this paper,the relevant methods to solve the corrosion problem were described in detail by means of alloying treatment,heat treatment and surface modification.The corrosion problem was related to the biocompatibility problem which had been widely concerned.On the basis of previous studies,the analysis was further expanded,and combined with the existing problems in the current research,future research direction was put forward.
