基于失效模式与影响分析的化工设备安全评估方法研究

摘要 化工作为我国工业的重要组成部分,是壮大国家综合实力、提高人民共同利益的重要保障,而化工设备安全工作则是企业进步的重要法宝。为确保化工产品质量,提高化工经济效益,让化工企业在竞争中获得长远发展,就必须加大对化工设备安全的重视程度,在此环境下基于失效模式与影响分析方法应运而生,它是一种常用的化工设备安全评估方法,过分析设备故障的失效模式、评估其对系统性能和安全的影响,并制定相应的预防和纠正措施,以提高设备的安全性和可靠性。对基于失效模式与影响分析的化工设备安全评估方法进行研究,提出提高化工设备安全的改善策略,以期提高化工企业的经济效益。 Chemical industry,as an important part of China's industry,is an important guarantee to strengthen the comprehensive strength of the country and improve the common interests of the people,and chemical equipment safety work is an important magic weapon for the progress of enterprises.In order to ensure the quality of chemical industry,improve the economic benefits of chemical industry,and make chemical enterprises achieve long-term development in the competition,it is necessary to pay more attention to the safety of chemical equipment.In this environment,the method based on failure mode and impact analysis came into being.It is a commonly used safety assessment method of chemical equipment,which analyzes the failure mode of equipment failure,evaluates its impact on system performance and safety,and formulates corresponding preventive and corrective measures to improve the safety and reliability of equipment.In this paper,the safety evaluation method of chemical equipment based on failure mode and impact analysis was studied,and the improvement strategies to improve the safety of chemical equipment were put forward,in order to improve the economic benefits of chemical enterprises.
