淄博东猪龙河浮游动物多样性及水质评价

摘要 为有效保护淄博市河流的水生态环境,提高河流水生态对城市的服务功能,于2022年秋季在淄博猪龙河开展了浮游动物调查研究。该调查共采集到浮游动物4类31种,其中轮虫种类数最多,占浮游动物总种类数的48.39%;枝角类种类数最少,占比为9.68%。萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)、玫瑰旋轮虫(Philodina roseola)和无节幼体(Nauplius)是优势种。浮游动物平均密度为17.50个/L,浮游动物平均生物量为0.0473 mg/L。浮游动物Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数平均值分别为2.213、0.818。调查结果显示,浮游动物组成小型化,群落结构简单化。生物多样性指数水质评价结果表明,东猪龙河水质整体处于无污染至轻污染状态。建议进一步采取有效措施加强东猪龙河周边环境治理,减少生活污水排入,降低人类活动干扰。 In order to effectively protect the water ecological environment of rivers in Zibo city and improve the water ecological service function to the city,the zooplankton of east Zhulong River in Zibo was investigated in the autumn of 2022.A total of 31 species of zooplankton belonging to 4 categories were collected in this survey,among which the Rotifera were dominant in the species composition,with accounting for 48.39%of the total zooplankton species,and the number of Cladocera was the smallest,accounting for 9.68%,and the Brachionus calyciflorus,Philodina roseola and Nauplius are the dominant species.The average density of zooplankton was 17.50ind./L,and the average biomass was 0.0473mg/L.The mean value of Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index of zooplankton were 2.213 and 0.818,respectively.The results showed that The composition of zooplankton was miniaturized and the community structure was simplified.The water quality evaluation results basing on biodiversity index show that the water quality of east Zhulong River was in the state of no pollution-light pollution state.It was suggested that the further effective measures should be taken to strengthen the environmental control around east Zhulong River,reduce the discharge of domestic sewage and reduce the interference from human activities.
