生物学基础实验课程数字化教学探索——以地方高校生物学类专业为例

摘要 生物学基础实验课程具有很强的实践性和应用性,是学生掌握生物学研究技术与方法的重要实践环节,是培养学生创新能力和实践能力的必要手段。在生物学基础实验课程中融入数字化教学模式,是对传统实验课程的创新,更是对生物学基础实验课程教学水平、教学质量的提升。该研究通过整合课程教学资源、构建虚拟实验室,完善数字化课堂导入模式,丰富数字化课堂内容,建立数字化实验课程考核评估体系,初步建立了链条式数字化生物学实验教学体系,有效提升了学生对生物学基础实验的认知能力、高阶思维能力,是对实验课程开发、优质课程资源的共建共享以及教学方式的一次积极探索,对促进生物学基础实验教学数字化转型的可持续发展具有重大意义。 The basic biology experimental course has strong practicability and applicability,which is an important practical link for students to master biology research techniques and methods,and a necessary means to cultivate students’innovation and practical ability.The integration of digital teaching mode in the basic biology experimental course is not only an innovation of the traditional experimental course,but also an improvement of the teaching level and quality of the basic biology experimental course.This study has initially established a chained digital biology experimental teaching system by integrating course teaching resources,constructing virtual laboratories,perfecting the digital classroom introduction mode,enriching the digital classroom content,and establishing the assessment and evaluation system of the digital experimental course,which effectively improves students’cognitive ability and higher-order thinking ability of the basic biology experiments,and is a positive exploration of the development of experimental courses,the sharing of high-quality curricular resources It is a positive exploration of the development of the experimental curriculum,the sharing of quality curriculum resources,and the teaching method,which is of great significance in promoting the sustainable development of the digital transformation of basic biology experimental teaching.
