摘要
文章旨在基于交互叙事理念与人文主义的共性特征,增强观者在数字展览中的情感体验,从而为当前数字展览的转型及文化内容数字化研究提供新的思路与理论指导。文章首先归纳出当前数字展览所面临的困境;其次,围绕“情感体验”这一核心诉求提出设计师在观者游览过程中可介入的三个触点;最后,基于用户隐性需求打造体验层次并构建体验层次模型,进一步开辟数字展览未来在提升观者参与度、交互性、体验感等层面的可能性。以期在“技术至上”的趋势下遵循人的主体地位,保留个体行为与决策的自主性与创造力。
Based on the common characteristics of interactive narrative and humanism,this paper aims to enhance viewers'emotional experience in digital exhibitions,so as to provide new ideas and theoretical guidance for the transformation of current digital exhibitions and the study of digital cultural content.Firstly,the paper summarizes the difficulties faced by the current digital exhibition;Secondly,based on the core demand of"emotional experience",it puts forward three contact points that designers can intervene in the process of visitors'sightseeing.Finally,based on the hidden needs of users,the experience level is created and the experience level model is constructed to further open up the possibility of digital exhibition in enhancing the audience's participation,interaction and experience sense in the future.In order to follow the subject status of people under the general trend of"technology supremacy",to retain the autonomy and creativity of individual behavior and decision-making.
