半夏白术天麻汤联合桃红四物对缺血性中风的治疗效果评价

Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Taohong Siwu on Ischemic Stroke

目的 研究缺血性中风患者接受半夏白术天麻汤联合桃红四物的治疗效果。方法 随机选取2023年1月—2024年1月河北省廊坊市永清县中医医院收治的40例缺血性中风患者为研究对象,随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组20例,对照组采用半夏白术天麻汤治疗,研究组采用半夏白术天麻汤联合桃红四物治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(65.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.906,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组中医症状积分、神经功能评分低于对照组,肢体功能评分、运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 半夏白术天麻汤联合桃红四物治疗缺血性中风,可以改善患者中医症状积分和功能指标,提升疗效。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of ischemic stroke patients receiving Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Taohong Siwu.Methods Forty patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Langfang Yongqing County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hebei Province from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly selected as study subjects,and were divided into a study group and a control group by the method of random number table,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,and the study group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Taohong Siwu,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment efficiency of the study group(95.00%) was higher than that of the control group(65.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.906,P<0.05).After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score and neurological function score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the limb function score and motor function score were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Taohong Siwu in the treatment of ischemic stroke can improve the patients' Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores and functional indexes,and enhance the therapeutic efficacy.
