早期功能锻炼联合互动达标理论在乳腺癌根治术患者中的应用

The Application of Early Functional Exercise Combined with Interactive Goal-Setting Theory in Patients Undergoing Radical Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌根治术患者应用早期功能锻炼联合互动达标理论的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年12月在联勤保障部队第九九〇医院行乳腺癌根治术的65例患者,以随机数字表法分成干预组(n=32)与对照组(n=33),对照组采用常规功能训练,干预组采用早期功能锻炼联合互动达标理论干预,比较两组肩关节活动度、肩关节功能、生活质量。结果两组干预3个月后肩关节活动度提高,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预3个月后美国加州肩关节功能评分量表(UCLA)评分升高,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预3个月后简明健康生活状况量表(SF-36)评分升高,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期功能锻炼联合互动达标理论应用于乳腺癌根治术患者中,能够提高肩关节活动度,促进肩关节功能恢复,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of early functional exercise combined with interactive goal-setting theory in patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods 65 patients who underwent radical mastectomy for breast cancer in 990th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into an intervention group(n=32)and a control group(n=33)by random number table method.The control group received conventional functional training,while the intervention group received early functional exercise combined with interactive goalsetting theory.The shoulder joint mobility,shoulder joint function,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Three months after the intervention,the shoulder joint mobility of both groups improved,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Three months after the intervention,the score of the University of California Los Angeles(UCLA)shoulder function rating scale increased in both groups,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Three months after the intervention,the score of the Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)increased in both groups,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early functional exercise combined with interactive goal-setting theory in patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer can improve shoulder joint mobility,promote the recovery of shoulder joint function,and improve the quality of life.
