摘要
±800kV特高压直流输电工程是世界上电压等级最高、输送容量最大的直流输电工程,其控制保护系统与常规直流输电工程相比,具有功能复杂、通讯量大、站控设备多等特点,使其在控制保护系统的设计和实现上面临更多挑战。文章介绍了±800kV特高压直流输电控制保护系统构成,提出了特高压直流保护配置原则及系统的控制保护功能,以保证特高压直流输电工程的安全、稳定运行。
±800 kV UHV DC transmission project is the world's highest voltage level,the largest transmission capacity of the HVDC project,its control and protection system compared with the conventional HVDC project,with complex functions,large communication volume,station control equipment and other characteristics,so that the design and implementation of the control and protection system face more challenges.This paper introduces the structure of±800 kV UHVDC transmission control and protection system,and puts forward the configuration principle of UHVDC protection and the control and protection function of the system,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of UHVDC transmission project.
