摘要
近年来,某选矿厂在原矿处理能力基本持平的前提下,车间为提升精矿产品质量及回收率,陆续开展提质技术改造工作,工艺系统流程不断完善,新增装机功率也随之上升,导致生产单耗增加,单耗的高位运行严重制约着车间的生产和发展。为进一步强化生产管理,加强全成本管控,车间以“降成本、增效益、控风险、强管理”为工作主线,提高全流程成本管控意识,强运营管理、强对标能力、强提质增效,推动公司高质量发展,助推公司实现生产经营目标。
In recent years,under the premise that the raw ore processing capacity of a concentrator is basicallyflat,the workshop has carried out upgrading technical transformation work in order to improve the quality and recovery rate of concentrate products,and the process system has been continuously improved,and the newly installed power has also risen,resulting in an increase in production unit consumption,and the high level of single consumption has seriously restricted the production and development of the workshop.In order to further strengthen production management and strengthen full cost control,the workshop takes"reducing costs,increasing benefits,controlling risks,and strengthening management"as the main line of work,improves the awareness of cost control of the whole process,strengthens operation management,strengthens benchmarking ability,and enhances quality and efficiency,promotes the high-quality development of the company,and helps the company achieve production and operation objectives.
