摘要
针对偏高水分稻谷的贮藏特性,介绍稻谷收购入仓和贮藏管理措施。在高大平房仓开展偏高水分稻谷贮藏试验,检测了稻谷贮藏期间的温度、水分及品质,采取冬季机械通风、春季隔热保温、夏季空调控温、秋季通风降温等有效措施,入仓水分为14.5%的偏高水分稻谷,经过1年多的贮藏后,平均仓温控制在20℃以下,平均粮温控制在15℃以下,合理保持了稻谷水分含量,减少了储粮损耗,保证了贮藏期间偏高水分稻谷的品质。
Aiming at the storage characteristics of rice with high moisture,this paper introduced the storage and storage management measures of rice purchase.In the tall flat warehouse carried out high moisture rice storage test,the temperature,moisture and quality during rice storage were tested,and effective measures such as winter mechanical ventilation,spring heat insulation,summer air conditioning temperature control,autumn ventilation and cooling were adopted,and the moisture of the warehouse was 14.5%of the high moisture rice,after more than one year of storage,the average warehouse temperature was controlled below 20℃,and the average grain temperature was controlled below 15℃,which reasonably maintained the moisture content of rice,reduced the loss of grain storage,and ensured the quality of high moisture rice during storage.
