摘要
针对传统“食品工程原理”课程教学中的问题,基于剥豆豆在线学习互动平台,通过构建信息化互动游戏课堂新模式,对“食品工程原理”课程教学活动重新设计,以提高教学质量,实现以学生为中心的“食品工程原理”课程教学改革,最终为工程教育专业认证标准下的“食品工程原理”课堂教学改革提供一定参考。
In response to the problems in the teaching of traditional Food Engineering Principles courses,based on the online learning interactive platform of bodoudou,a new mod-el of information-based interactive game classroom was constructed to redesign the teaching activities of Food Engineering Principles courses,improved teaching quality,achieved student-centered teaching reform of Food Engineering Principles courses,and ultimately provided some reference for the teaching reform of Food Engineering Principles courses under the certification standards of engineering education.
