摘要
综述了高绝缘电阻测量仪的测试原理、测试方法及计算方式。分析了影响橡胶材料电阻率测试值的因素,主要包括试样厚度、实验室温度、湿度和测试时间。结果表明,试样厚度对电阻率影响不大,但实验室温度和湿度对电阻率影响显著;当测试电阻值较高时,测试时间应适当延长,以保证测试结果的准确性。
The test principle,test method and calculation method of high insulation resistance measuring instrument were reviewed.The main factors affecting the resistivity test of rubber materials were analyzed,including the sample thickness,laboratory temperature and humidity and test time.The results showed that the thickness had little effect on the resistivity,but the laboratory temperature and humidity had significant influence on the resistivity.When the test resistance value was high,the test time should be appropriately extended to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
