自身免疫性胃炎是发生在自身免疫基础上的慢性进展性胃黏膜炎症,合并症多,并发症复杂,早期诊断并有效干预有较大难度。本文简要综述自身免疫性胃炎的流行病学、发病机制、临床特征、诊治重点等方面的研究进展,以期探讨基于此而拓展的管理策略。

Autoimmune gastritis is a chronic progressive gastric mucosal inflammation based on autoimmunity,and associated with diverse comorbidities and complications,of which early detection and effective intervention remain challenging.This article provided a comprehensive insight into advances in research on autoimmune gastritis in epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical features,diagnosis and treatment,in order to establish appropriate management strategies.
