摘要
炎症性肠病(IBD)包括溃疡性结肠炎(UC)和克罗恩病(CD),是一种全身性炎症性疾病。烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD^(+))被广泛用作生化反应的辅助因子或底物,与身体健康密切相关。IBD与NAD^(+)之间的密切关系已得到广泛的认识,肠道稳态依赖于NAD^(+)合成与分解的平衡,针对NAD^(+)通路的治疗方法有望用于IBD的治疗。本文就NAD^(+)代谢途径在IBD治疗中的研究进展作一综述,从而为NAD^(+)相关疗法在IBD治疗中的应用提供方向。
Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),including ulcerative colitis(UC)and Crohn′s disease(CD),is a systemic inflammatory disease.Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD^(+))is widely used as a cofactor or substrate in biochemical reactions and is closely related to physical health.The close relationship between IBD and NAD^(+)has been widely recognized.Intestinal homeostasis depends on the balance of NAD+synthesis and decomposition,and therapeutic approaches targeted the NAD^(+)pathway are expected to be used in treating IBD.This article reviewed progress of research on NAD^(+)metabolic pathway in treatment of IBD,aiming to provide direction for applying NAD^(+)⁃related therapies in the treatment of IBD.
