城市丘陵山地绿道边坡管理现状及对策建议——以深圳市绿道边坡为例

Cur rent Situation and S olutions of G re enway Slope Management in Urban Hilly Areas:A Case Study of Shenzhen Greenway Slopes

绿道边坡景观因其独特的资源条件及空间分布特性,一直以来都是城市绿地中宝贵的景观资源。然而目前国内关于绿道边坡管理的相关研究仍较缺乏,并且在实践中以粗放式管养为主。以深圳市绿道边坡为例,选取了全市10个区共121处边坡进行实地调研,从景观形式、绿化养护现状、坡面维护情况、支护结构及防排水设施维护现状,以及日常管理情况等方面进行绿道边坡现状分析。最后,针对上述的调研现状总结存在的问题,并从建立统一台账、设立专项资金、边坡分级管控、建立巡查机制、群众共管、制定指引等方面提出绿道边坡管理建议。

Because of its unique resource conditions and spatial distribution characteristics,the urban greenway slope landscape has always been a kind of valuable landscape resource in urban green space.However,there is a lack of relevant domestic research on the management of greenway slopes,and current management is mainly extensive.Using the greenway slopes in Shenzhen as an example,this paper selects 121 slopes in 10 districts for field investigation and analyzes the present situation of greenway slope from the aspects of landscape form,greening maintenance status,slope maintenance status,supporting structure and waterproof and drainage facilities maintenance status,and daily management status.Finally,in view of the above-mentioned investigation status,the existing problems are concluded and suggestions on greenway slope management are put forward from the aspects of establishing a unified ledger,setting up special funds,slope grading control,establishing inspection mechanism,co-management by the masses,and formulating guidelines.
