职业本科教育服务乡村振兴的人才培养路径研究

Research on the Vocational Undergraduate Education Serving for the Talent Cultivation on Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴的提出是中国进入新发展阶段的重要安排,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要举措。乡村振兴离不开人才的支撑,但是当前乡村振兴人才缺乏,在这种情况下,职业本科教育可以发挥出自身的人才培养优势,为乡村振兴提供智力支持和人才保障。因此,以乡村振兴为基点,分析职业本科教育服务乡村振兴的人才培养类型,提出职业教育服务乡村振兴的人才培养路径,从而充分发挥出职业教育的功能和作用,助力乡村振兴。

The proposal of the rural revitalization is the important arrangement for China to enter a new stage of development and it’s also an important measure to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The rural revitalization depends on talents’support,but currently there is a shortage of talents on rural revitalization.Based on this situation,the vocational undergraduate education can take the advantage of talent cultivation and supply the intellectual support and talent guarantee for rural revitalization.Therefore,on the basis of rural revitalization,this paper analyzes the talent cultivation types on rural revitalization,and proposes the talent cultivation paths in order to give full play to the function of vocational education and promote rural revitalization.
