摘要
[目的]了解乌鲁木齐及周边地区奶牛场奶牛乳房炎无乳链球菌的流行以及耐药性情况,为本地奶牛场无乳链球菌性乳房炎的科学防治提供参考。[方法]采集新疆乌鲁木齐市、生产建设兵团第十二师及周边地区5家规模化奶牛场的300份奶牛乳房炎奶样,进行无乳链球菌的分离、培养,利用荧光PCR方法鉴定,同时对分离出的阳性菌株采用纸片扩散法进行耐药性分析。[结果]无乳链球菌的分离率为8.3%,其对链霉素、青霉素、庆大霉素、氨苄西林耐药率均超过50%,对万古霉素、头孢噻肟、诺氟沙星敏感性≥60%;此外,7株无乳链球菌分离株具有多重耐药性。[结论]建议奶牛场加强日常饲养管理及科学使用抗生素类药物,可优先选择糖肽类、头孢类和喹诺酮类药物进行防治。
[Objectives]The prevalence and drug resistance of Streptococcus agalactiae in dairy cattle with mastitis in Urumqi and its surrounding areas was investigated to provide reference for the scientific prevention and control of mastitis caused by Streptococcus agalactiae in local dairy farms.[Methods]300 milk samples of dairy cattle with mastitis were collected from 5 large-scale dairy farms in Urumqi,the 12th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC),and its surrounding areas.Streptococcus agalactiae from the samples were isolated and cultured.PCR was used to identify the bacteria.The drug resistance of the positive strains isolated was analyzed with disk diffusion method.[Results]The isolation rate of Streptococcus agalactiae was 8.3%,and its resistance rate to streptomycin,penicillin,gentamicin,and ampicillin was all over 50%.Its sensitivity to vancomycin, cefotaxime, and norfloxacin was more than 60%. 7 strains of Streptococcus agalac‐tiae isolated had multiple drug resistance.[Conclusions]It is recommended that dairy farms strengthen the daily management of feeding and scientifically use antibiotics, with priority given to using glycopeptides, cephalo‐sporins, and quinolones for the prevention and control of mastitis caused by Streptococcus agalactiae in local dairy farms.
