赣州市氢能产业绿色发展路径研究

Study on the Path of Green Development of Hydrogen Energy Industry in Ganzhou City

随着全球能源结构的转型和环境保护的日益重要,氢能作为一种清洁、高效的能源形式受到了广泛关注。2024年政府工作报告重磅指出:加快前沿新兴氢能、新材料、创新药等产业发展,积极打造生物制造、商业航天、低空经济等新增长引擎。关于“加快氢能产业发展”的表述写进政府工作报告还属首次,且氢能位于新兴产业第一位。2024开年,氢能企业订单“飙升”,中国石化加氢站数量居全球第一。氢能是未来国家能源体系的重要组成部分,是构建绿色低碳产业体系、推动经济转型升级的新增长点。要实现碳达峰碳中和目标,必须大力发展可再生能源。氢能还可以用于难脱碳的交通、冶金、建筑等领域脱碳。被誉为“21世纪的终极能源”的氢能,是一种公认的清洁能源,因具有重量轻、燃烧发热理想、导热性好、储量丰富、可回收利用等多重特性而备受青睐,在消纳可再生能源、电网调峰等应用场景发展潜力巨大。赣州市作为中国中部地区的一个重要城市,拥有丰富的自然资源和良好的工业基础,具备发展氢能产业的潜力。本文旨在探讨赣州市氢能产业绿色发展的路径,通过分析国内外氢能产业的发展状况、政策环境以及技术进步、成功案例等因素,结合赣州市的实际情况,提出了一系列针对性的发展策略和建议。研究结果表明,赣州市应以市场需求为导向,加强政策引导和支持,加大科技创新力度,推动氢能产业链的完善和升级,实现氢能产业的绿色、可持续发展。

With the transformation of the global energy structure and the growing importance of environmental protection,hydrogen energy as a clean and efficient form of energy has received widespread attention.2024 government work report pointed out that:accelerate the development of cutting-edge emerging hydrogen energy,new materials,innovative pharmaceuticals and other industries,and actively build biomanufacturing,commercial aerospace,low-altitude economy and other new growth engines.The expression“accelerate the development of hydrogen energy industry”written into the government work report for the first time,and hydrogen energy is located in the first place in the emerging industries.2024 the opening year of the hydrogen energy business orders“soaring”Sinopec hydrogen refuelling station number of the world's first.Hydrogen energy is an important part of the future national energy system,is to build a green lowcarbon industrial system,promote economic transformation and upgrading of the new growth point.To achieve the carbon peak carbon neutral target,we must vigorously develop renewable energy.Hydrogen energy can also be used for decarbonisation in areas such as transport,metallurgy and construction,which are difficult to decarbonise.Hydrogen energy,known as the“ultimate energy of the 21st century”,is a recognised clean energy source,favoured for its light weight,ideal combustion heat generation,good thermal conductivity,abundant reserves,recyclability and other multiple characteristics,and has great potential for application scenarios such as the consumption of renewable energy sources and power grid peaking.As an important city in China,Ganzhou City,with rich natural resources and good industrial foundation,has the potential to develop hydrogen energy industry.This paper aims to explore the path of green development of hydrogen energy industry in Ganzhou City.By analysing the development status of hydrogen energy industry at home and abroad,the policy environment as well as technological progress,successful cases and other factors,and combining with the actual situation of Ganzhou City,this paper puts forward a series of targeted development strategies and recommendations.The results of the study show that Ganzhou city should be oriented by market demand,strengthen policy guidance and support,increase scientific and technological innovation,and promote the improvement and upgrading of the hydrogen energy industry chain,so as to achieve the green and sustainable development of the hydrogen energy industry.
