边疆民族地区宏观人力资源测度评价与高质量发展的提升路径研究:桂西地区实证经验

摘要 本研究系桂西劳动经济学研究系列成果之一,旨在反映边疆民族地区劳动经济新动向。本研究通过构建评价体系,确定了涵盖人力资源数量和质量、人力资源智力与体力投资、人力资源保障、人力资源投资的回报在内的11项指标,使用主成分分析法与系统聚类分析法对广西14座地级市的宏观人力资源存量现状作出分析评价,旨在探寻桂西地区宏观人力资源实现高质量发展的路径。 This study is one of the research results of labor economics in western Guangxi Province,aiming to reflect the new trend of labor economy in border minority areas.By constructing an evaluation system,this study determined 11 indicators,including the quantity and quality of human resources,intellectual and physical investment of human resources,human resources security,and the return of human resources investment.Principal component analysis and systematic cluster analysis were used to analyze and evaluate the current situation of macro human resources stock in 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi.The aim is to explore the path of high quality development of macro human resources in western Guangxi.
