合作研发、产品创新和大模型价值——基于出门问问的案例研究

摘要 本文以出门问问为案例,通过对出门问问这一大模型企业和大众汽车合作研发的模式、前提、创新产出和潜在挑战的分析,从合作研发的角度探究缺乏用户数据的大模型企业如何实现产品创新和价值创造。研究发现,在合作研发中,出门问问和大众汽车互为“供应商”“客户”。出门问问为大众汽车提供技术服务和信息产品,大众汽车为出门问问提供用户数据。出门问问团队“过硬”的研究能力是达成合作研发的前提。大众汽车和出门问问合作研发产出了知识产权、信息产品和新一代模型。然而,出门问问模型能力提升可能加速大众汽车和出门问问关系转为竞争,导致合作研发终止。研究结论表明,数据和技术所有权分离促使技术密集型企业和数据密集型企业合作研发以实现产品创新,但其可持续性受企业间关系是否转为竞争影响。本文为大模型开发企业产品创新和价值实现提供了一定的建议。 This paper takes Going Out to Ask as an example,and analyzes the model,premise,innovation output,and potential challenges of collaborative research and development between Going Out to Ask and Volkswagen.From the perspective of collaborative research and development,it explores how large model enterprises lacking user data can achieve product innovation and value creation.Research has found that in collaborative research and development,Going Out to Ask and Volkswagen are both"suppliers"and"customers"with each other.Going Out to Ask provides technical services and information products for Volkswagen,while Volkswagen provides user data for Going Out to Ask.Going Out to Ask’s strong research abilities is a prerequisite for achieving collaborative research and development.The collaboration between Volkswagen and Going Out to Ask has produced intellectual property,information products,and next-generation models.However,the improvement of the ability of the outbound inquiry model may accelerate the transformation of the collaborative relationship into competition,leading to the termination of collaborative research and development.The research conclusion indicates that the separation of data and technology ownership promotes collaborative research and development between technology intensive enterprises and data intensive enterprises to achieve product innovation,but its sustainability is influenced by whether inter enterprise relationships turn into competition.This article provides certain suggestions for product innovation and value creation in large model development enterprises.
