摘要
轨道衡的结构参数优化设计与仿真分析在金属矿山计量工作中十分重要。针对轨道衡结构参数设计存在的问题提出了优化对策,包括历史运行数据的收集与分析、金属矿山专属标准的制定,以及计算机仿真和模型仿真技术的应用。通过研究轨道衡的结构参数优化设计与仿真研究过程,得出相关研究成果并展望未来轨道衡在金属矿山计量工作中的发展前景,为金属矿山行业提供可靠的称重解决方案,并在优化设计和仿真方面取得了重要进展。
The optimization design and simulation analysis of structural parameters of track scales are very important in the metro‐logical work of metal mines.Optimization measures have been proposed for the problems in the design of structural parameters of track scales,including the collection and analysis of historical operating data,the development of exclusive standards for metal mines,and the application of computer simulation and model simulation technology.By studying the structural parameter optimiza‐tion design and simulation research process of the track scale,relevant research results have been obtained and the future develop‐ment prospects of the track scale in metal mine metrology work are discussed.This study provides a reliable weighing solution for the metal mining industry.
