电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定电池级硫酸钴中12种杂质元素

摘要 采用低温多酸溶样,利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)同时测定电池级硫酸钴中12种杂质元素,并对仪器参数及被测元素谱线的选择进行了讨论。在选定的测量条件下,本文所述分析方法与原子吸收光谱法的测定结果进行了对比,结果表明各元素分析误差均在允许范围内。通过对试料中待测的12种杂质元素进行多次反复测定,并对方法的检出限、精密度及加标回收率等指标进行了考察,该方法相对标准偏差小于2%,回收率为98%~100%。使用了合适的样品前处理方法和仪器分析条件,经过反复多次试验,确定了合适的分析条件,有效地实现了快速、高效地测定电池级硫酸钴中12种杂质元素。操作简便,准确性高,适合推广应用。 Twelve impurity elements in battery-grade cobalt sulfate were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)with low-temperature polyacid dissolution,and the selection of instrument parameters and spectral lines of the elements to be measured were discussed.Under the selected measurement conditions,the analytical method de‐scribed in this paper is compared with the results of atomic absorption spectrometry,and the results show that the analytical errors of each element are within the allowable range.Through repeated determination of 12 kinds of impurity elements in the sample,the de‐tection limit,precision and recovery rate of the method were investigated.The relative standard deviation of the method was less than 2%and the recovery rate was 98%~100%.Suitable sample pretreatment methods and instrumental analysis conditions were used.After repeated experiments,the suitable analysis conditions were determined,and the 12 impurity elements in battery-grade co‐balt sulfate were effectively determined quickly and efficiently.This method is easy to operate,has high accuracy,and is suitable for promotion and application.
