抗焦虑药物治疗对心房颤动并焦虑患者的研究进展

Research progress of antianxiety drugs in the treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with anxiety

心房颤动(AF)是一种危害严重的心血管疾病,可能导致以脑卒中为主的血栓栓塞及心力衰竭,随着我国老龄化来越严重,AF的患病率呈现递增趋势,促使AF成为临床上最常见的心律失常之一。然而,由于临床上AF患者药物复律效果一般,导管消融术后也有较高的复发率,长期服用抗凝药物会导致患者出血风险增加,故不可避免地引起患者焦虑、抑郁等相关情绪。目前“双心”医学研究是心血管领域研究的热点问题,未来应将焦虑、抑郁等心理因素的评估和干预纳入AF的综合管理中,关于抗焦虑药物能否改善AF患者预后及提高患者生活质量的研究较少,通过进一步探讨抗焦虑药物对伴有焦虑状态的AF患者的治疗效果,从而为完善AF患者的慢病管理提供理论依据。

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a serious cardiovascular disease,which may lead to thromboembolism and heart failure mainly caused by stroke.With the more and more serious aging condition in China,the prevalence of AF is showing an increasing trend,which makes AF one of the commonest arrhythmia in clinical practice.However,due to the general cardioversion effect of drugs in patients with AF and the relatively high relapse rate after catheter ablation,long-term use of anticoagulants will increase the risk of hemorrhage in patients,which will inevitably lead to changes in patients’anxiety,depression and other related emotions.At present,"psycho-cardiology"medical research is a hot topic in cardiovascular field.In the future,the evaluation and intervention of psychological factors such as anxiety and depression should be included in the comprehensive management of AF.There is little research on whether anti-anxiety drugs can improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients with AF.By further investigating the therapeutic efficacy of anti-anxiety drugs on patients with AF complicated with anxiety,we can provide theoretical basis for improving the chronic disease management of patients with A F.
