青少年发病的成人型糖尿病17q12微缺失综合征一例

摘要 1病例介绍患者,女,19岁,因“口干多饮4年,血糖升高2年,头晕乏力1年”于2021年3月11日收入香港大学深圳医院。2017年患者出现口干、多饮,无多尿、多食、体重下降等,未就医。2019年因宫外孕于外院住院时发现血糖升高,被诊断为“2型糖尿病”,予胰岛素及口服药物降糖治疗(具体不详),控制血糖效果不佳。2020年开始出现头晕、乏力伴手足搐搦.
