摘要
以某河上斜拉桥主墩施工临时钢便桥为案例,基于Midas Civil有限元软件建模,介绍了常用的两种建模方法和履带吊车荷载的两种加载方式,对同一计算方法下吊车履带主要影响范围内不同贝雷梁片杆件进行了内力差异比较,同时也对不同建模方法和不同荷载加载方式下同一贝雷梁片杆件内力进行了对比分析。结果表明:采用的两种建模方法理论上均可行,但在同一种计算模型和荷载下,履带宽度覆盖范围下各贝雷梁片杆件内力有差异,最大内力差可达56%;在不同建模方法和荷载加载下,履带覆盖范围下各贝雷梁片杆件内力差最大可达64%,其内力差异会随着离履带的距离而变化,越远误差越大,设计者可结合工程实际情况并考虑经济指标要求选择合适的计算方法。该研究结果可为后续同类型工程提供一定的参考。
Taking the construction of a temporary steel bridge for the main pier of a cable-stayed bridge on a certain river as a case study,based on Midas Civil finite element software modeling,two commonly used modeling methods and two loading methods of crawler crane loads were introduced.The internal force differences of different Bailey beam members within the main influence range of crawler crane tracks under the same calculation method were compared,and the internal forces of the same Bailey beam members under different modeling methods and load loading methods were also compared and analyzed.The results show that both modeling methods used are theoretically feasible,but under the same calculation model and load,there are differences in the internal forces of each shell beam member under the coverage of the track width,with a maximum internal force difference of 56%.Under different modeling methods and load loading,the maximum internal force difference of each shell beam member under the coverage of the track can reach 64%,and the internal force difference will further expand with the distance from the track.Designers can choose the appropriate calculation method based on the actual engineering situation and consider economic indicators.The research results can provide some reference for similar projects in the future.
