限高条件下临水桥梁支模施工技术研究

摘要 支模施工是桥梁建设的重要一环,尤其是在限高条件下的临水桥梁建设中,更需要引起特别重视。为了提高临水桥梁建设质量,以某下穿已有高速公路桥的半水半陆桥为例,对其支模施工的技术方法进行了较为详细的研究、分析,论述了本桥主要的施工难点以及解决方法。该桥采用工字钢悬挑支模的方式,解决了0#承台外挑部分支模困难的问题,并通过设置水上临时作业平台的方式,解决了限高条件下水上支模平台施工困难的问题。该桥梁项目采用的技术方法取得了理想的施工效果,值得在类似的桥梁建设施工中加以推广。 Formwork construction is an important part of bridge construction,especially in the construction of water facing bridges under height restrictions,which requires special attention.In order to improve the construction quality of the waterfront bridge,a detailed study and analysis were conducted on the technical methods of formwork construction for a semi water and semi land bridge that crosses an existing highway bridge.The main construction dificulties and solutions of this bridge were discussed.The bridge adopts the method of I-beam cantilever formwork support,which solves the problem of dificult formwork support for the overhanging part of the 0#bearing platform,and solves the problem of dificult construction of the underwater formwork platform under height limit conditions by setting up a temporary working plaform on the water.The technical methods used in this bridge project have achieved ideal construction results and are worth promoting in actual construction.
