摘要
针对串焊机中焊带定长辊压裁切存在的问题,提出了基于电子凸轮滚轮辊压的控制方案。采用替换气缸匝扁或增压缸匝扁的方式,将PLC作为控制系统,伺服电机及其相应的传动与气缸松夹装置作为执行机构,实现了焊带裁切长度动态调整的功能,保证了多通道焊带在同时加工的情况下焊带各部分尺寸的一致性,提高了加工精度、稳定性和生产效率。
A control scheme based on electronic cam roller pressing is proposed to address the problems of fixed length roller cutting of welding strips in string welding machines.By replacing the flat turns of the cylinder or the flat turns of the booster cylinder,the PLC is used as the control system,and the servo motor and its corresponding transmission and cylinder clamping device are used as the executing mechanism to achieve the dynamic adjustment of the cutting length of the welding strip,ensuring the consistency of the dimensions of each part of the welding strip during simultaneous processing of multi-channel welding strips,and improving processing accuracy,stability,and production efficiency.
