摘要
为了提升电气自动化控制的工作效率及增强其节能效果,研究了变频调速在电气自动化控制中的应用,并提出了基于PID控制算法的变频调速方法。首先阐述了传统的工业电气自动化控制,然后构建了工业电气自动化控制数学模型,并结合PID控制算法建立了目标函数,最后通过对PID控制算法的控制过程完成了工业电气自动化控制中变频调速的应用研究。结果表明,所提方法能有效提升电气自动化控制的工作效率,增强其节能效果,并有效解决电气自动化控制过程中存在的问题,具有一定的应用价值。
In order to improve the work efficiency of electrical automation control and enhance its energy-saving effect,the application of variable frequency speed regulation in electrical automation control was studied,and a variable frequency speed regulation method based on PID control algorithm was proposed.Firstly,the traditional industrial electrical automation control was elaborated,and then a mathematical model of industrial electrical automation control was constructed.The objective function was established by combining the PID control algorithm.Finally,the application research of variable frequency speed regulation in industrial electrical automation control was completed through the control process of the PID control algorithm.The results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the work efficiency of electrical automation control,enhance its energy-saving effect,and effectively solve the problems in the electrical automation control process,which has certain application value.
