摘要
以反应器工业流程为基础,搭建了多参数的反应器实验平台。使用西门子S7-200系列PLC作为控制器,完成了控制程序开发与调试;使用Kingview组态软件完成了监控界面设计。该实验平台为PLC、过程控制以及组态王等相关课程提供了多个实验项目,加深了学生对专业课程的理解及融合运用,更好地提升了学生的综合性实验能力,还满足了学生学科竞赛的需求,有助于新工科的人才培养。
A multi parameter reactor experimental platform was built based on the industrial process of the reactor.Developed and debugged the control program using Siemens S7-200 series PLC as the controller.The monitoring interface design was completed using Kingview configuration software.This experimental platform provides multiple experimental projects for courses related to PLC,process control,and landscape king,deepening students' understanding and integrated application of professional courses,better enhancing their comprehensive experimental abilities,and meeting the needs of student subject competitions,which is helpful for talent cultivation in new engineering disciplines.
