基于PLC控制伺服电机实现全自动同步升降重物双闭环控制系统

摘要 利用PLC较强的控制稳定性和伺服电机的闭环控制技术,针对大型重物的升降工艺要求,使用工业现场总线作为通信协议,设计一种基于PLC控制伺服电机实现全自动同步升降重物的双闭环控制系统,详细阐述了控制系统的硬件组成、组件选型及程序设计。经过多个工程应用证明,本控制系统的性能稳定、精度高、稳定性强。 By utilizing the strong control stability of PLC and the closed-loop control technology of servo motors,a dual closedloop control system based on PLC controlled servo motors is designed for the lifting process requirements of large heavy objects.The industrial fieldbus is used as the communication protocol to achieve fully automatic synchronous lifting of heavy objects.The hardware composition,component selection,and program design of the control system are elaborated in detail.After multiple engineering applications,it has been proven that this control system has stable performance,high accuracy,and strong stability.
