多缸协同控制的综采工作面液压支架试验研究

摘要 液压支架是保证煤矿综采工作面连续高效开采的关键机械设备。针对液压支架推溜油缸特性复杂、控制难度较大等问题,研究和试验综采工作面液压支架多缸协同控制技术,分析液压支架在移架和推溜过程中的油缸协同作用机理,基于此,采用计算机数值模拟分析法在simulationX搭建仿真模型并进行数值模拟。结果表明,多缸协同下的液压支架移架速度、位移和流量协同,动作误差精度为0.01。选用ZFY18000/28/53D型两柱掩护式液压支架为试验样机,当液压支架多缸协同控制当供液流量为180 L/min时,多缸位移变化偏差较小,液压支架多缸动作变化趋势相同,支护阻力随位移的变化而发生线性变化,且在变化过程中波动较小,满足现场协同控制精度要求,取得了满意的实验结果。该结果可为后期协同控制和智能化改进液压支架提供参考依据。 Hydraulic support is a key mechanical equipment to ensure continuous and efficient mining of coal mine fully mechanized working face.In response to the complex characteristics and difficult control of the hydraulic support sliding oil cylinder,the multi-cylinder collaborative control technology of the hydraulic support in the fully mechanized mining face is studied and tested.The mechanism of the hydraulic support's oil cylinder collaborative action during the movement and sliding process is analyzed.Based on this,a computer numerical simulation analysis method is used to build a simulation model in simulationX and conduct numerical simulation.The results show that the hydraulic support's movement speed,displacement,and flow rate are coordinated under the multi-cylinder collaboration,and the action error accuracy is 0.01.The ZFY18000/28/53D two column shield hydraulic support was selected as the experimental prototype.When the hydraulic support multi-cylinder collaborative control was applied and the liquid supply flow rate was 180 L/min,the displacement deviation of the multicylinder was small.The movement trend of the hydraulic support multi-cylinder was the same,and the support resistance changed linearly with the displacement.The fluctuation was small during the change process,meeting the accuracy requirements of on-site collaborative control and achieving satisfactory experimental results.This result can provide reference basis for later collaborative control and intelligent improvement of hydraulic supports.
