摘要
作为集中式馈线自动化的重要内容,配电网故障区段定位是馈线自动化系统进行后续故障隔离及恢复供电的基础,因此具有一定的研究价值。以传统ELM算法为基础,以提高全局寻优能力及减少局部收敛概率为目标,对传统ELM算法模型进行了改进,提出了基于IELM算法的配电网故障区段定位方法,并以IEEE33节点双电源配电网为仿真测试系统进行测试。结果表明,所提方法可有效提高故障区段定位的准确性、容错性及效率。
As an important part of centralized feeder automation,fault section positioning in distribution networks is the foundation for subsequent fault isolation and power restoration in feeder automation systems,and therefore has certain research value.Based on the traditional ELM algorithm,with the goal of improving global optimization ability and reducing local convergence probability,the traditional ELM algorithm model has been improved.A fault section localization method for distribution networks based on the IELM algorithm has been proposed,and tested using the IEEE33 node dual power distribution network as a simulation testing system.The results indicate that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy,fault tolerance,and efficiency of fault section localization.
