摘要
为解决传统焊锡装置对人体危害大和无法在恶劣环境中工作的问题,设计一种封闭型环保智能焊锡装置。该装置主要由外壳框架、传动、焊台、净化干燥部分、控制部分5个部分组成。其中,外壳框架部分用于隔离工作环境与外界,传动部分负责送锡笔和加热棒在三维空间上的运动,焊台部分能够固定板子和提供原料,净化干燥部分用于实现废气净化和空气干燥,控制部分完成上述4个部分的相互配合。通过测试,该装置能够有效净化废气,可在湿度大的环境下正常稳定工作,为解决焊锡装置废气危害问题提供了新方案。
To solve the problem of high harm to human health and inability to work in harsh environments caused by traditional soldering devices,a closed and environmentally friendly intelligent soldering device is designed.The device mainly consists of five parts:Shell frame,transmission,welding platform,purification and drying section,and control section.Among them,the shell frame part is used to isolate the working environment from the outside world,the transmission part is responsible for the movement of the tin pen and heating rod in three-dimensional space,the welding table part can fix the board and provide raw materials,the purification and drying part is used to achieve exhaust gas purification and air drying,and the control part completes the coordination of the above four parts.Through testing,the device can effectively purify exhaust gas and operate normally and stably in high humidity environments,providing a new solution to solve the problem of exhaust gas hazards in soldering devices.
