复杂山区深水桩基冲孔平台设计及有限元分析

摘要 以泸定至石棉高速公路的桥梁工程为依托,利用Midas/Civil软件按照移动荷载、冲击荷载综合分析法对桩基冲孔平台进行设计及分析。通过介绍建模过程,对平台结构在桩基冲击钻作用以及履带吊吊装施工下的刚度、强度、整体稳定性以及自振情况进行分析,得出平台在实际使用过程中会发生的不利工况,采用有限元模型模拟吊车在移动过程中的最不利工况,指导现场施工。 Based on the bridge project of the Luding-Shimian Expressway,Midas/Civil software was used to design and analyze the pile foundation punching platform using the comprehensive analysis method of moving load and impact load.By introducing the modeling process,this paper analyzes the stiffness,strength,overall stability,and natural vibration of the platform structure under pile foundation impact drilling and crawler crane lifting construction.The adverse working conditions that may occur during the actual use of the platform are identified.The finite element model is used to simulate the most unfavorable working conditions of the crane during movement,so as to provide guidance for on-site construction.
