分块静态切割拆除法在老旧桥梁中的应用

随着城市基础设施的快速发展,早期建成的部分既有道路在净空、跨度等方面已经不适应目前城市发展与人民出行需求,部分旧桥在跨越既有线拆除时,涉及下方既有线路行车安全,施工难度大,且传统的解体、破碎拆除方法耗时长、功效低,通过跨线桥绳锯切割分块整体吊装拆梁技术的研究与应用,能快速完成既有线桥梁的整体拆除,拆除方法设计合理、投入设备少,并且施工过程安全、可靠,周期短,经济实用。

With the rapid development of urban infrastructure,some of the existing roads built in the early stage can no longer meet the current urban development and people's travel needs in terms of clearance and span.When some old bridges are dismantled across the existing lines,it involves the traffic safety of the existing lines below,the construction is difficult,and the traditional disintegration,breaking and demolition methods take a long time and low efficiency.Through the research and application of cross-line bridge rope saw cutting and integral hoisting and dismantling beam technology,the overall demolition of existing bridges can be completed quickly,with reasonable design,less equipment input,safe,reliable,short cycle,economical and practical construction process.
