成熟度模型在梁厂智能制造能力评估中的应用研究

为客观评估预制梁厂制造能力,引导预制梁厂科学规划智能化发展,该文基于成熟度模型构建预制梁厂智能制造能力评估指标体系和评分体系,并依托实体项目展开评估应用。研究表明,预制梁厂智能制造能力评估模型可以帮助梁厂管理人员和技术服务人员找出梁厂智能化改造出现的问题,从而针对性地提出建议措施。该研究对提升公路工程数字化建设化水平具有重要意义。

In order to objectively evaluate the manufacturing capacity of the precast beam factory and guide the scientific planning and intelligent development of the precast beam factory,this paper constructs the evaluation index system and scoring system of the intelligent manufacturing capacity of the precast beam factory based on the maturity model,and relies on the entity project to carry out the evaluation and application.The research shows that the intelligent manufacturing capability evaluation model of the precast beam factory can help the beam factory managers and technical service personnel to find out the problems in the intelligent transformation of the beam factory,and thus put forward some suggestions and measures.This study is of great significance to improve the level of digital construction of highway engineering.
