氢中氦、氮、氩混合气体标准物质研制

摘要 以高纯氢、高纯氦、高纯氮、高纯氩为原料,采用称量法制备特性量值分别为300、50、50μmol/mol的氢中氦、氮、氩混合气体标准物质。采用气相色谱法对制备的混合气体标准物质进行一致性、均匀性、稳定性检验及定值结果的不确定度评价。结果表明,该气体标准物质均匀性和稳定性良好,相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2),有效期为12个月。该气体标准物质可用于氢燃料电池汽车用氢气分析方法的确认和评价。 Using high purity hydrogen,high purity helium,high purity nitrogen and high purity argon as raw materials,the mixed gas standard materials of helium,nitrogen and argon in hydrogen with characteristic values of 300,50 and 50μmol/mol were prepared by weighing method.The consistency,uniformity and stability of the prepared gas mixtures reference material were tested by gas chromatography with thermal conductivity detectors,and the uncertainty of the result was evaluated.The developed gas mixtures reference material had good uniformity and stability in 12 months,and the relative expanded uncertainty was 2.0%(k=2).The developed gas mixtures reference material can be used for the confirmation and evaluation of impurity components in hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles.
