虾蛄生物可给性镉标准化检测方法研究

摘要 优化了虾蛄生物可给性镉检测方法的样品处理条件。运用简单的生物可给性提取技术,参照《中国药典》药物溶出度与释放度、崩解时限检查法,结合膳食摄入水平,以虾蛄为研究对象,探讨了料液比、模拟人工胃液pH值、消化时间等参数对检测结果的影响,采用响应面法对虾蛄生物可给性镉的最佳消化条件进行了优化,建立了相应的检测模型。结果表明,料液比为0.5 g/mL,人工胃液pH值调至1.1,消化时间2 h,消化温度为(37±1)℃时,生物可给性镉检测效率最高。优化后的虾蛄生物可给性镉检测方法为实现重金属人体生物可给性实验方法的标准化提供了一种解决方案。 Optimized the sample processing conditions for the bioavailability cadmium detection method in crayfish.Using simple bioaccessibility extraction technology,referring to the dissolution and release of drugs in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,disintegration time limit test method,combined with dietary intake level,the effects of material-liquid ratio,simulated artificial gastric juice pH value,digestion time and other parameters on the test results were discussed.The optimal digestion conditions of bioaccessibility cadmium in Oratosquilla oratoria were optimized by response surface method,and the corresponding detection model was established.The results showed that when the ratio of material to liquid was 0.5 g/mL,the pH value of artificial gastric juice was adjusted to 1.1,the digestion time was 2 h,and the digestion temperature was(37±1)℃,the detection efficiency of bioaccessible cadmium was the highest.The optimized bioaccessibility cadmium detection method provides a solution for the standardization of heavy metal human bioaccessibility experimental methods.
