越鞠丸类方治疗气滞水停型慢性心衰合并抑郁的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Yueju pill formula in the treatment of qi-water stagnation type chronic heart failure complicated with depression

目的探讨越鞠丸类方治疗气滞水停型慢性心衰合并抑郁的临床疗效。方法选取气滞水停型慢性心衰合并抑郁患者76例,随机均分为观察组(越鞠丸类方+常规治疗)和对照组(常规治疗)。比较两组治疗前后心功能、中医症候积分、抑郁评分、生活质量和血清胃饥饿素(Ghrelin)等指标的差异。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组左室射血分数、6 min总步行距离、Ghrelin升高(P<0.05),而左心室舒张期末内径、左心室舒张期末容积、中医症候积分、抑郁自评量表评分、明尼苏达生活质量评分、N末端B型脑钠肽前体和可溶性生长刺激表达基因2水平降低(P<0.05);且观察组较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论越鞠丸类方治疗气滞水停型慢性心衰合并抑郁有较好的效果,可明显改善患者临床症状和心功能。

Aim To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yueju pill formula in the treatment of qi-water stagnation type chronic heart failure complicated with depression.Methods 76 patients with qi-water stagnation type chronic heart failure complicated with depression were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(Yueju pill formula+conventional treatment)and a control group(conventional treatment).The differences in indicators such as heart function,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,depression score,quality of life,and serum Ghrelin between two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Compared with the paramters before treatment,after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction,6-minute walk distance,and Ghrelin were increased in both groups(P<0.05),while the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic volume,total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,self-rating depression scale score,Minnesota living with heart failure questionaire score,N-terminal B-type brain natriuretic peptide precursor,and water-soluble growth stimulation expressed gene 2 levels were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was more significant than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Yueju pill formula has a good effect on treating qi-water stagnation type chronic heart failure complicated with depression,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and heart function of patients.
