数字赋能乡村文化对推进乡村文化振兴有着重要作用。近年来,数字化技术的应用领域在快速延伸,尤其在乡村文化保护与传播方面的作用日益凸显。然而,乡村文化数字化引发的数字作品版权问题、数字文化监督机制与治理体系不完备等多种问题也不可轻视。数字赋能乡村文化振兴需要对乡村文化数字化进行全面的法律规制,通过对数字文化作品的创作与传播加以法律规范、对数字文化的监督与治理机制加以完善,充分发挥乡村文化数字化推进乡村文化振兴的重要作用。

Digital empowerment of rural culture plays an important role in promoting the revitalization of rural culture.In recent years,the application field of digital technology has been rapidly expanding,especially in the protection and dissemination of rural culture.However,various issues such as copyright issues of digital works,incomplete supervision mechanisms and governance systems of digital culture caused by the digitization of rural culture cannot be underestimated.The digital empowerment of rural cultural revitalization requires comprehensive legal regulations on the digitization of rural culture.By regulating the creation and dissemination of digital cultural works and improving the supervision and governance mechanism of digital culture,the important role of rural cultural digitization in promoting rural cultural revitalization is fully realized.
