“产城教融合”视域下民族地区高职专业动态调整机制研究——以内蒙古自治区为例

Study on the Dynamic Adjustment Mechanism of Higher Vocational Majors in Ethnic Regions from the Perspective of Integration of Industry,Urbanization and Education——Take Inner Mongolia as an Example

在“产城教融合”视域下,以内蒙古自治区高职专业设置调整为数据样本,通过SWOT系统分析法,全面分析民族地区高职专业动态调整过程中面临的内部优势和劣势、外界机会和威胁。基于SWOT分析,提出民族地区高职专业动态调整机制:突出价值引领,合理定位人才培养目标;科学设置专业,形成特色专业品牌效应;深化内涵发展,不断提升专业建设能力;加强院校合作,发挥民族高职教育优势。

The adjustment of higher vocational majors in minority areas does not adapt to the regional economic and social development.From the perspective of“integration of industry,city and education”,this paper takes the adjustment of higher vocational specialty setting in Inner Mongolia as the data sample,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats in the process of dynamic adjustment of higher vocational specialty in minority areas,through SWOT system analysis.Based on SWOT analysis,this paper puts forward the dynamic adjustment mechanism of higher vocational majors in minority areas:emphasizing value guidance,rationally locating talent training objectives;Scientific professional setting,the formation of specialty brand effect;Deepen the connotation development,and constantly improve the professional construction ability;Strengthen the cooperation between colleges and universities,and give full play to the advantages of national higher vocational education.
