基于正交设计和重复试验的水泥混掺多灰混合土的改性试验研究

摘要 “双碳”背景下,为了研究水泥、石灰、粉煤灰和炕灰等胶凝材料对土和土坯预制块性能的影响,在通过正交设计和重复试验得出5种方案和基准配合比的基础上,验证了强度、自然损失和水损坏等性能指标。试验表明,细粒土在加入水泥、石灰、粉煤灰和炕灰之后,其强度能得到一定程度的改善。在胶凝材料总用量不变的条件下,随着水泥用量的减少、炕灰用量的增大,其强度先上升后降低,其质量损失率随着水泥用量减少而增大。得出结论如下:当水泥用量为10%,粉煤灰用量为5%,石灰用量为5%,炕灰用量为10%时,混合土的各项性能表现优异,28 d强度可达到1.5 MPa,自然损失率和水损失比均较小. Under the background of“double carbon”,in order to study the effect of the cement,lime,fly ash and heatable adobe sleeping platform ash gelled material on the properties of soil and adobe,on the basis of the 5 kinds of sheme and the base mix ratio obtained by orthogonal design and repeated tests,the performance indexes such as the strength,natural loss and water damage were verified.The study shows that the strength of fine grained soils can be improved to some extent after adding cement,lime,fly ash and heatable adobe sleeping platform ash.Under the condition that the total amount of cementing material is unchanged,its strength first increases and then decreases with the decrease of the amount of cement and the increase of the amount of heatable adobe sleeping platform ash.The mass loss rate increases with the decrease of the amount of cement.The results show that when the dosage of cement is 10%,fly ash is 5%,lime is 5%,heatable adobe sleeping platform ash is 10%,the mixed soil performance is excellent,28 d strength can reach 1.5 MPa,natural loss rate and water loss ratio are small.
