摘要
通过在传统密封腔内增加2道密封圈的方式,对超大直径顶管用钢筋混凝土中继间密封结构进行了优化,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了密封结构数值模型,研究了优化后的密封结构在不同工况下的密封性能及接触压力变化规律。现场内水压试验和实际应用效果表明:优化后的钢筋混凝土中继间密封结构的密封性及抗偏转能力显著上升,但需要调整合适的压缩高度。
The sealing structure of the intermediate jacking station for super-large diameter reinforced concrete pipe-jacking was optimized by adding two sealing rings in the traditional sealing chamber,the ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish the numerical model of the sealing structure,and the sealing performance and contact pressure variation of the optimized sealing ring under different working conditions were studied.It indicates that the sealing property and deflection resistance of the interconnecting seal structure are improved significantly after optimization by the hydraulic test and practical application,but it is necessary to adjust the appropriate compression height.
